Welcome To Our Women’s Strength Programme
Designed specifically for women who want to develop strength, increase their fitness and build confidence. A low impact strength programme that will get you increasing your range of exercises in the gym, widening your training knowledge and feeling stronger in your mind and body.
What To Expect From The Programme
This brand new women’s strength programme is designed to build on the base that you have created in the gym and help you to develop strength, muscle and stamina.
Based on a 6 week training cycle, you will have the option to increase weights each week, add in optional cardio and rehab sessions whilst building on the foundations of all round strength training.
This programme is an intermediate level and a good level of knowledge on using gym equipment is required to complete each session. Exercises can be adapted based on your individual needs and the training schedule can be adapted to match your weekly routine.

How is the programme structured?
This programme is based on a six week training cycle that will give you foundations to build on as you progress your weights and develop strength.
There are serval different workouts included targeting the full body and using a range of movements and training styles to help you develop knowledge.
