About Rachel 

Rachel has been a personal trainer, yoga teacher and prenatal trainer for 8 years. Having launched Refresh Fitness in 2020, she is also the co-founder of Elevate Fitness, a personal training and bespoke training provider.

As well as being a personal trainer, Rachel has also been a vinyasa yoga teacher for 5 years, teaching at various locations in west Sussex.

She is a pre and post natal fitness specialist, helping women maintain a safe fitness routine during pregnancy and return to the gym post-partum.
